ServSafe Manager Exam requires a proctor. The proctor is required to check the identification of the exam participant. This exam should be done in the presence of a registered proctor. We highly recommend you to find a certified instructor and registered proctor. Thus, you can do the class and exam from the same person.
When you make an appointment with us, we will send you an email with some instructions to open an online account using www.servsafe.com website. Do not make any payment or purchase anything from this website. The email will also include some study materials. You can purchase a book from our online shop using our website. On the day of the class and exam, we will conduct a class and review all information. You can also bring a list of questions you have, and we will discuss them. Then we will conduct the exam (we will provide exam access code and proctor code). After the exam is over, we can grade the test right away and print the certificate if you pass.
Please call us for an appointment/availability. We will include you in a class or arrange a one-on-one training and exam. To confirm your appointment, go to our website www.servsafegacobb.com and pay $50.00 in advance. Our online shop has the option to do so. This advanced pay will be deducted from the total cost, and you will only have to pay the rest of the amount at the time of the class.
You can pay advance fee using our website www.servsafegacobb.com. We also take credit card (6% processing fee involved), checks, or cash.
Yes, if you have failed one time using Proctor U, you can do the retake the test with us. There is a proctor fee involved in this process. If you want to do the class & test, you will need to pay the full regular fee.
If you have failed two times using Proctor U. You will have to wait for 60 days to retake the test.
