Hourly Consulting Service

Service Description

Instructor works with the Manager and the staff to develop and practice standard practices for food production. Develops Standard Operation Procedure and provides on the job training. The price is hourly. Instructor conducts self inspection of the facility and recommends necessary corrective actions.
